Exciting Career Opportunity for Registered Nurse (RN) - VT

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and create personalized care plans
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Accurately document all care provided using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Respond to emergency situations and provide life-saving care when necessary
• Maintain compliance with established nursing practices, safety protocols, and facility policies

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state.
• Current CPR and ACLS certifications
• Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse in a clinical or hospital setting
• Strong understanding of nursing principles, medical terminology, and care planning
• Proficiency in EMR systems and electronic documentation
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt quickly, multitask, and make sound decisions under pressure
• Team-oriented with a commitment to high standards of patient care
