Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room 13333

Location: Somerset, New Jersey (Various Locations & Shifts Available)

Job Type: In-Person | Acute Care Setting

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive patient care throughout the perioperative process
Scrub and circulate in multiple OR specialty areas (e.g., Robotics, Surgical Oncology, Neuro, Cardiac, Trauma, etc.)
Prepare operating rooms and handle surgical equipment
Ensure patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures
Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams
Maintain professional standards in infection control, ethics, and nursing practice
Participate in shared clinical decision-making

Requirements:
Active RN license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required
Prior OR experience or completion of Perioperative 101 course
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and CNOR certification preferred
